All Great-Faucet products are manufactured with great care and subject to functional tests during each step of the production process,Thefore our faucets are guaranteed for a period of 5 years from the purchase date in our factory.(except few economical series with 2-year wanrranty) .Ceramic disks cartridge of single lever mixers is covered by a 5 years warranty from the date of purchase date.

The 5 years warranty covers the following cases: Flawed products or parts thereof shall be replaced free of charge by returning.
-Casting, porosity and chrome plating defects.
-Repair or replacement of pieces with manufacturing defects recognized by our technical department

The warranty does not apply to the following cases:
-Deterioration of chrome plated surface due to use of cleaning agents containing acids or abrasive substances.
-Deterioration of surface finishes different from the chrome plated one. Their duration, in fact, depends on the attention and care with which they are handled by the user.
-Damages caused by improper installation
-Damages caused by improper use of the fittings.
-Damage or cost of repair and maintenance performed incorrectly and without our previous authorization.
